Responsibilities 職責

  • 提供高品質的客戶服務
  • 處理客戶的諮詢,投訴和突發事件
  • 協助保安經理執行及維持日常營運
  • 與住客建立和維持良好的關係
  • 每日工作12小時,每週工作6天
  • To provide high quality customer services ​
  • Handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and emergency cases 
  • Assist the Security Manager to perform & maintain daily security operations 
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with tenants 
  • 12 hours per day and 6 days per week 

Requirements 入職要求

  • 客戶服務為本並具備良好的人際溝通技巧
  • 持有效的保安人員許可證及QAS培訓證書者優先
  • 可即時上班者優先
  • 港鐵北角站附近上班
  • Good communication skill, customer-service oriented and interpersonal skills
  • With valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS training certificate is preferred
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Working Location is near North Point MTR Station
