Responsibilities 職責
- 以專業的態度處理同事或客戶的諮詢和投訴
- 準確地於系統中記下通話記錄
- 負責防盜系統警報信號和調度服務
- 與內部協調以確保客戶滿意
- 與客戶確認資料以及進行系統的維護工作
- 其他臨時的職責分配
- Handle staffs' / customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Record the calls’ record to the system accurately
- Responsible for burglar alarm signal and dispatch service
- Coordinate with internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
- Data verification with customer and maintain database
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and/ or other duties as assigned
Requirements 入職要求
- 擁有1年或以上之電話熱線服務經驗者會被優先考慮
- 擁有良好的電話應對能力、注重細節、獨立和勤奮
- 有良好的人際溝通技巧並有積極的態度
- 持有效的保安人員許可證及QAS培訓證書者優先
- 願輪班工作
- 可即時上班者更佳
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in service industry with solid experience in Call Centre would be an added advantage
- Good telephone manner, attention to details, independent and hardworking
- Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- With valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is preferred
- Willing to work on shift
- Immediately available is preferred
(Candidate with more experience will be considered as “Controller”)
