助理控制中心主任 | Assistant Controller

Responsibilities 職責

  • 以專業的態度處理同事或客戶的諮詢和投訴
  • 準確地於系統中記下通話記錄
  • 負責防盜系統警報信號和調度服務
  • 與內部協調以確保客戶滿意
  • 與客戶確認資料以及進行系統的維護工作 
  • 其他臨時的職責分配
  • Handle staffs' / customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Record the calls’ record to the system accurately
  • Responsible for burglar alarm signal and dispatch service
  • Coordinate with internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Data verification with customer and maintain database
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and/ or other duties as assigned

Requirements 入職要求

  • 擁有1年或以上之電話熱線服務經驗者會被優先考慮
  • 擁有良好的電話應對能力、注重細節、獨立和勤奮
  • 有良好的人際溝通技巧並有積極的態度
  • 持有效的保安人員許可證及QAS培訓證書者優先
  • 願輪班工作
  • 可即時上班者更佳
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience in service industry with solid experience in Call Centre would be an added advantage
  • Good telephone manner, attention to details, independent and hardworking
  • Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • With valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is preferred
  • Willing to work on shift
  • Immediately available is preferred

(Candidate with more experience will be considered as “Controller”)
